Gra2026-2027 FAITH FORMATION REGISTRATION- opening May 4

Please note the few changes within our programs affecting registration options:

• After two years, we've decided to move 6th grade into the Family Catechesis program taking it out of Middle School Ministry. The reasons are two-fold, the program was too large, especially Sunday evenings, and this transition benefits MSM by allowing a true 2-year Confirmation Prep program.

• The 5:15-6:45pm session times will move back to 5:30-7:00pm primarily because, while it's only 15 minutes, some catechists/volunteers and families were struggling with the earlier start time.

• Catechesis of the Good Shepherd sessions have shifted. The options will include a Tuesday evening session and eliminate the Thursday morning session. We've added Level 3 at two sessions for older children who have completed Level 2. Those registering for CGS should read through the available session options when the form is released. 2026-27 FAITH FORMATION CALENDAR

St. Catherine Labouré Parish Faith Formation options include Family Catechesis (grades 1-6), Middle School Ministry (grades 7-8), and Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (ages 3-grade 3 by Aug. 31 & grades 4-6 UPON Level 2 competition)

• Family Catechesis (gr. 1-6) session options:

  • Sunday

    • Early (8:15-9:45 am) OR

    • Late (5:30-7:00 pm)

  • Wednesday (5:30-7:00 pm)

    • Please choose ONE session that best fits your families schedule.

    • All sessions are located at St. Louise site (STL School Cafeteria).

    • Families (at least one adult) meet for 8 sessions ONCE per month, Sept. - April.

  • ADDITIONAL "First" Sacrament Preparation session options

    • All "First" Sacrament prep children should select one preparation session from below.
      "First" sacrament prep, children only, sessions meet 5- 6 times per year in LeGras Hall. 

      • Sunday Early (9:00-10:30 am) OR

      • Sunday Late (5:30-7:00 pm) OR

      • Wednesday (5:30-7:00 pm)

• Middle School Ministry (gr. 7 & 8) sessions options:

  • Sunday Late (5:30-7:00 pm)

  • Wednesday (5:30-7:00 pm)

    • Please choose ONE session that best fits your 6-8th graders schedule.

    • All sessions are located at St. Louise site (LeGras Hall, lower level).

    • Middle School children meet for 12-13 sessions per month, Sept. - April.

  • Family Catechesis and MSM begin September 20, 2026 and end in mid April 2027.

• Family Catechesis and Middle School Middle (MSM) Session Fees: 
  • One child: $80
  • Two children: $120
  • Three or more children: $150
  • $20 late fee applied after August 16

• Catechesis of the Good Shepherd session options:

  • Monday

    • (9:30-11:00 am)- children ages 3-grade 3 by Aug. 31 and grades 4-6 upon completion of Level 2

    • (5:30-7:00 pm)- children ages 3-grade 3 by Aug. 31 and grades 4-6 upon completion of Level 2

      • grade 1-3 (Level 2) FULL Monday PM

  • Tuesday

    • (5:30-7:00 pm)- children grades 1-3 by Aug. 31 and grades 4-6 upon completion of Level 2 (No ages 3-K)

  • Wednesday

    • (5:30-7:00 pm)- children grades 1-3 (NO ages 3-K & NO grades 4-6 options)

  • Thursday

    • (5:30-7:00 pm- children ages 3-grade 3 (NO grades 4-6 option)

  • Children meet each week for 23-24 sessions beginning early Sept. - April. 

• CGS sessions begin the week of September 14, 2026 and end in April 2027.

• Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) Session Fees:

  • One child: $100

  • Two children: $150

  • Three or more children: $175

  • $20 late fee applied after Aug. 16

• All 1st time registrants of St. Catherine Labouré must submit a Baptismal Certificate with Registration Form unless baptized at St. Catherine Labouré Parish (or our founding churches of St. Joan of Arc or St. Louise de Marillac).

• Families may register online (with digital payment) or submit a printable form (check or cash). Paper forms may be dropped of at either church's office or via mail:
