  If you are in a SCL Faith Formation program or a STL school student who is NOT a registered member of St. Catherine Labouré Parish, please provide a Letter of Proper Permission from your Pastor at your parish of registration to receive the sacraments at St. Catherine Laboure. Letters of Permission will be discussed at the Sacrament Meetings.
  Churches of Baptism- provide the name of the church at Baptism (regardless of current mergers) and the Church’s mailing address. Those baptized outside of the Diocese of Pittsburgh may need to submit the certificate. We will discuss at the meetings.
