On Fire! is a six month integrated spiritual journey for disciples in a community setting to deepen their relationship with God, grow in understanding the masterpiece God has created in them, and to discern how God is calling them to be missionary disciples.
The collaborative is specifically designed for growing disciples of Christ; those who already have a personal relationship with Jesus, have submitted their lives to him, and long to deepen their spiritual life. Each On Fire! cohort has 12 or fewer participants.
The On Fire! Collaborative involves more in depth learning in the following areas:- How to pray using Lectio Divina
- How to speak about their faith experiences and listening to others in an atmosphere of confidentiality
- Discernment of spirits
- Further exploration of their gifting and core motivations
- Examination of universal call to holiness and the call to be missionary disciples
- How to disciple others following the example of Jesus Christ
This collaborative is an advanced formative experience that is tailored to personal growth in holiness. It waters the deep roots of faith and discipleship so that leaders operate from the right core and are built on the solid foundation that is Christ! In this way, ministry is not just activities and surface “doing” but it is grounded in contemplative action with Jesus Christ as its source. -

Retreat June 4-5, 2022 (Overnight locally) concluding around 4:00pm on June 5.
